Terms of service

If the product is defective upon receiving it, or the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Items reported after this time frame will not be valid for a replacement. 

Orders returned due to an insufficient address are subjected to reshipment fees. 

Due to every product being fulfilled as it is ordered, reshipments cannot be canceled or refunded. Please note, additional time is required for reshipment.
